Spring Hill Community Farm began in 1992 when a small group of folks came together to create a different model of how agriculture was practiced– a model where risk and benefits were shared collectively. The foundational values of environmental stewardship, economic justice, and growing community have been our guide for this collective work for the last thirty years. After nearly 30 years of operating a full-time CSA, growing vegetables and community, we have now shifted away from packing weekly bags of vegetables for Spring Hill members.

Those same foundational values now take the form of caring for the woods and wetlands while also tending the farm fields and growing vegetables for food pantries in our region. We know that good food is foundational to good health and we firmly believe that all people, regardless of income, need access to high quality, fresh vegetables. With the support of the Spring Hill Community, we can be part of making that possible.
